FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Dealing with inquires on the phone and by email.
- Greet visitors at reception, schedule meetings
- Preparing spreadsheets and presentations for leadership staff
- Create a positive impression for clients, suppliers and vendors
- Place orders for office and kitchen supplies
- Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail
- Accounts Payable duties

SUMMARY
In the role of Receptionist/Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be integral to maintaining efficient office operations and delivering outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will utilize your core skills in data entry, Microsoft Office, and multi-line phone systems to manage front desk responsibilities and process accounts payable. Your proficiency in QuickBooks and communication skills will enhance financial accuracy and client interactions. With your administrative experience and attention to detail, you will contribute significantly to our team’s success in a dynamic work environment.
