Description Duties & Essential Elements (not inclusive) · Answer telephones, directs calls and assist the community and residents in a professional manner. · Screens calls for the managers as requested. · Regularly checks voicemails and relays messages to the appropriate party in a timely and well-organized fashion. · Maintains accurate and detailed call log documenting all incoming and outgoing calls from the receptionist area. · Maintains confidentiality as per company guidelines · Directs visitors in a professional manner · Documents, tracks, and delivers all incoming packages via receipt log. · Maintains outgoing mailbox for parcels leaving the facility. · Supports Facilities and HR departments with administrative tasks · Responsible for clerical duties such as typing, copying and filing. · Responsible for the copy machine, facsimile machine, mail meter, ordering of supplies necessary to operate the machines, and calling for repairs when necessary. · Exhibits sensitivity to and respects the rights of the individuals served. · Ensures the environment is clean, pleasant, nurturing and inviting through assigned and regular duties. · Maintains a safe, orderly work environment · Demonstrates flexibility in order to meet the needs of the individuals served, demonstrating the ability to creatively and proactively address new situations, showing initiative and caring attitude towards individuals served, other staff and outside contacts. Demonstrates a commitment to working with the population and follows through on tasks within specified or appropriate timeframes. · Performs other duties as requested or required · Regularly checks emails and replies accordingly Requirements Background/Education Required: High school diploma or GED, or experience sufficient to equal same. One year’s experience with duties performed preferred. Physical Requirements for Position: · Physical stooping, bending, and prolonged periods of sitting. Special Requirements for Position: · Completion of all mandatory training required by organization and regulatory agencies. · Position works set hours, to occasionally include holidays, and late shifts as directed by agency needs. Salary Range $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
