JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team for 3 days a week Monday Tuesday and Thursday . The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous dental experience is desired .
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SOE software
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated administrative experience in a professional setting.

  • Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and welcoming.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and clerical duties.
  • Handle correspondence and manage appointments effectively.
  • Support the team with QuickBooks for basic financial tasks when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
