The 417 Bike Park is the largest private bike park in England. We are currently looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Part time Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with a passion for customer service who thrives in a fast paced environment. The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach to work, be confident handling a busy customer-facing position and happy to work independently.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

· Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
· Strong organisational skills and effective multi-tasker
· Confident IT skills
· Excellent communication skills

Experience:

  • Reception or Admin: 1 year (required
Responsibilities

· Reception – To book all the Bike Park customers following all policies and procedures while giving excellent customer service
· Enquiries - answer face-to-face, email and telephone enquiries.
· Bookings – make bookings for customers for all of the facilities we offer.
· Daily Admin Duties
