Grand Technology is seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team in El Sheikh Zayed, Giza. This full-time, On-site role will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office. Responsibilities: * Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. * Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing documents. * Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and functionality. * Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodation. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. * Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping. * Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Professional appearance and demeanour.
