One of a leading client in Dubai is looking for Admin Assistant /Receptionist to join their team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk representative in UAE.
  • Must speak Hindi Fluently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Familiar with UAE roads and traffic regulations.
  • Flexible, dependable, and highly organized
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Admin/Receptionist in UAE: 2 years (Required)
  • construction/Facade/FitOut: 2 years (Required)

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the Company.
  • Handle all incoming calls efficiently and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage daily front desk operations including visitor registration, call logs, and appointment scheduling.
  • Receive and distribute mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments.
  • Drive to company-related locations for document deliveries, collection of supplies, or other business errands.
  • Ensure the company vehicle is well-maintained and cleaned regularly.
  • Assist in coordination of company events, meetings, or travel logistics as required.
