You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, providing vital support to our team and contributing to our result-driven environment. Responsibilities * Serve as the face of the company, greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner. * Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. * Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence. * Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable reception area and meeting rooms. * Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings and conference calls. * Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and data entry. * Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, placing orders as necessary. * Assist with the coordination of company events and travel arrangements for staff. * Provide general administrative support to various departments to ensure efficient office operations. Qualifications * Proven experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative assistant role. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). * Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise work. * A professional appearance and a welcoming, positive attitude. * Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems. * The ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality. * A high school diploma is required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
