Looking for Admin/Receptionist for our Woodleigh Branch.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess positive work attitudes and strong initiative.
  • Good command of English to liaise with parents.
  • Enjoy working in a children environment.
  • Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or any other editing software.
  • Able to work from Wednesday to Sunday (Both weekends)
  • Singaporean Only.

Responsibilities
  • Support teams with administrative duties.
  • Attend to phone calls and arrange appointments.
  • Attend to walk-in guest at front desk (teachers, parents, students, guests).
  • Data entry, filing and photocopying.
  • Collection of fees and other payments.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of all office pantry products and supplies as required.
