Grease and Oil is a proud, privately owned mechanic workshop. We just won the Local Business Award for our reliable service and honest advice. We are growing and need an enthusiastic Customer Service & Workshop Administrator to join our close-knit team.

Whether you are looking to balance family life, studies, or just want a great local job, we offer 24 to 32 hours per week with flexible days to suit your schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers during vehicle drop off and collection
• Manage all incoming phone calls
• Book vehicles in for servicing
• Assist the team with invoice creation and ordering of equipment and parts
• Data entry and general administration

Skills and Experience

• Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred but not essential)
