Seeking a full-time Receptionist for our busy office that serves the trucking and transportation industry. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of related office experience. Daily tasks include working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google email, ordering stationery, processing daily couriers, time card verification and attendance record-keeping, answering switchboard & routing calls, copying and scanning documents, and assisting members of our Rentals and Service team.
Applicants should be professional, friendly, and reliable as you will be the first point of contact for our customers. We are looking for someone who is very detail-oriented, organized, and personable. You should have good interpersonal and time management skills. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position.
