Description

The ideal candidate must provide excellent performance by operating the gym full time with or without the supervision of the owners. Responsibilities includes answering phone calls, handling the gym operations, entertain and welcoming old new customers, and providing administrative and operational support as needed.

Key Minor Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Answer phone calls. (Inquiry, gym timings, schedules, etc)
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Making coffee and protein shakes with or without experience.
  • Responsible for cleaning coffee machine.
  • Photocopy, printing, scanning of files and documents.
  • Informing owners right away for any problems regarding broken or defective equipment, gym facility like toilets and washrooms.
  • Always approach owners for any minor or major problems that will occur.
  • With Microsoft Word and Excel experience. Basic emailing.

Key Major Responsibilities:

  • Attendance of the Members. (Body building and Crossfit including Personal Training, Group Training and Classes). Written and on the system.
  • Freeze and Unfreeze member’s membership.
  • Sales Report to be done every day.
  • Assisting the management for gym events.
  • Responsible to manage and contact suppliers for ordering what the gym needed.
  • Make sure stocks are updated.
  • Responsible for monthly inventory.
  • Responsible to coordinate suppliers with ordering.
  • Responsible for Monthly Expenses Report, Monthly Sales Report, Making Monthly Proposed Budget, Profit.
  • Responsible for making Tax Invoices and Quotations.
  • Making staff’s attendance and schedule to be updated every week.
  • Ensure and follow up members to pay their expired memberships.
  • Making order list to suppliers. Inform owners to order some specific items that they have to order like coffee beans and some protein bars.
  • Always check Cash Sales and Petty Cash from time to time.
  • Responsible to keep all the invoices from suppliers for Monthly Expenses Report.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,500.00 per mont
