  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or Admin Assistant, preferably in a real estate company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.
  • Must be currently in Dubai and available to join immediately.
