Temporary 2-3 Months | Full-time | Mallusk | £12.21 per hour
Are you highly organised, friendly, and a natural multitasker? Kenect Recruitment are recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to become the welcoming face and essential support for our clients office.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes with key administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) required
  • Additional admin qualifications are a plus

Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
  • Greet and assist office visitors with a friendly attitude
  • Keep the front desk area clean, tidy, and organised
  • Schedule and manage boardroom bookings
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
  • Support the wider team with general admin tasks (data entry, filing, scheduling, etc.)
  • Assist the Office Manager and Admin Team as needed
  • Keep the coffee lounge stocked and looking great
  • Refill and monitor office supplies
