JOB TITLE: FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN EXECUTIVE
· Attending to all visitors in office.
· Allocating & managing work of office boys.
· Maintenance of the entire reception area.
· Handling all appointments, arranging meetings.
· Handling all incoming & outgoing calls.
· Maintain records of all contact numbers – internal as well as external.
· Tallying telephone bills with internal call reports.
· Keeping a track of the phone calls made each day according to the dept & reporting the same to H.O.D.’s
· Booking Boardroom/ Meeting rooms as well as maintaining a register for the same.
· Handling all meeting arrangements including lunch/snacks, projector, etc.
· Recording minutes of the meetings and follow-up on the action points.
· Coordinating with the office boys for maintaining meeting rooms clean and other arrangement of meetings.
· Taking care of video / audio conferencing system, projectors etc.
· Maintaining employee attendance records.
EDUCATION:
· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s
WORK EXPERIENCE:
· 1 to 2 Years + Work experience preferred
