Smile Collective is a boutique cosmetic dental clinic dedicated to transforming smiles and creating a luxury, patient-first experience. We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join our growing team.
The Role
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the face of the clinic — welcoming patients, managing the front desk, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll also play a key role in patient care and in maximising the dentist’s schedule for efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients & managing front desk operations
  • Answering phones & managing bookings
  • Supporting patients through their treatment journey (follow-ups, recalls, TLC calls)
  • Optimising the dentist’s schedule and keeping the day productive
  • Processing payments, HICAPS claims, and daily reconciliations
  • Supporting the team with reports and administrative tasks

About You

  • Previous experience in reception (dental experience is a bonus!)
  • Confident communicator — both in person and over the phone
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Able to problem-solve and keep the clinic running smoothly
  • Patient-focused and motivated to create positive experiences
