ROLE PURPOSE

Provide reliable front office, administrative, or engagement support to ensure smooth school operations and enhance the learning environment for students.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reception duties: attend to visitors, students, and staff; manage phone calls and enquiries
  • Administrative support: data entry, filing, document management, and stationery control
  • Event/Programme support: logistics coordination, student supervision, or after-school activities depending on role
  • Printing/operations support: heavy-duty printing/photocopying, laminating, and handling exam materials (if applicable)
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the school’s Administration Manager or designated staff
