We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our busy legal practice. The role requires a person who can engage positively with the public while providing effective clerical back up to sustain the office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet callers with a professional and friendly manner, and efficiency
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
* Organise appointment schedules and manage meeting room bookings
* Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and presentable at all times
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider team
About You
We’re looking for an enthusiastic receptionist who can bring competence, dynamism, and attention to detail to our busy practice. The role might suit a mother looking to balance work with the busy life of looking after school age children
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A confident and professional manner
