We are a busy Psychology Clinic based in the inner South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team. We are after a mature, responsible individual with great communication skills and customer service skills, as well as be able to work well under pressure. This is a job shared position.
· Maintaining calendar, scheduling meetings, and booking appointments.
· Replying to Bookkeepers, managing expenses, and bill-paying.
· Help keep schedules and routines.
· Sorting documents and materials into our online folder structure.
· Answers telephone calls and taking detailed messages as required.
· Pro-actively chasing up the required documentation and information as needed.
