Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Provide general administrative and reception support including handling calls, emails, mail, reports, and enquiries.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents, stakeholders, and visitors.
  • Manage community house bookings, housekeeping, and ensure office/reception areas remain presentable.
  • Oversee tenancy processes including rental receipting, bond management, tenant applications, and related documentation.
  • Operate RMS Property Management System and Payway banking system to maintain accurate tenant/property records and process payments.
  • Coordinate tenant maintenance requests and liaise with internal Fleetwood staff to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Prepare tenant packs, marketing material, and support broader community engagement activities.
  • Undertake other administrative tasks and office support duties as required.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in a similar clerical/administrative role
  • Self-motivated and Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Intermediate clerical and administrative skills
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Intermediate knowledge of standard Microsoft Office programs
