More about the role Manage reception duties: answering calls, greeting clients, maintaining meeting rooms, and coordinating events. Provide administrative support across legal processes including file creation, document comparison, conflict checks, and online searches. Assist with travel bookings, deliveries, and general office support. Full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. This is a diverse role in a supportive and collaborative team. Procedures are in place and training is provided. More about you Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic and proactive, with excellent attention to detail. Sound computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks, are essential. If you have some experience working reception and/or administration in a busy office this will be advantageous to your application. This role would suit a recent school leaver, TAFE graduate or anyone with some administration experience who is looking for a career in legal administration.
