Reception/ Office Manager/ inside sales
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Reception/office manager/inside sales person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers when they enter the store and assist them if a salesperson is not available. Lead generation is a large part of our business, and you will be responsible for calling potential customers to set up home consultation appointments. Also, we are an installation company and would require setting up installation appointments with our installation customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in office management, B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Computer Literate, able to work in Word, Excel, CRM programs but not limited to.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
    · Ability to work independently
    This is a Full-time position (Monday to Friday – 8 AM -5 PM).
