We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administration Assistant who is able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You must be friendly, caring, outgoing, hard-working, and goal-oriented. An ideal candidate is a team player who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the best possible client experience. The position requires initiative, self-motivation, problem solving skills and an ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.”
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ability to perform well under pressure in a VERY BUSY environment
· Outstanding customer service skills (1-2 years experience in customer service industry preferred)
· Strong team player but have the ability to work independently and adapt to change
· Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
· Experience in front desk duties and multi-line phone systems
· Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
· Impeccable attention to detail
· Strong problem solving skills
· Strong ability to understand and resolve billing issues from multiple funders
· Reconciliation experience
· This is a part-time position. You must be available to work days and/or evenings as well as Saturdays.
