Klassic Coconut is looking to a hire a contract one year maternity leave Receptionist/Administrative Assistant.
Potential to become full time employment.
Experience in food safety and quality an asset.
Applicant will be responsible for managing Reception and Front Desk.
The applicant will be responsible to answer and direct all incoming calls.
The applicant will be responsible to gather and send all customer samples and responsible to gather and manage the customer notes database.
The applicant will be responsible for scanning and saving documents to company server.
The applicant will be required to assist in QA and Purchasing in their in there roles
Candidate must be flexible with changing Job Requirements, must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn new programs.
Candidate must be motivated and be able to work independently.
