PART TIME RECEPTIONIST REQUIRED

We are seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and efficient administrative support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and checking in patients.
  • Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing the appointment calendar.
  • Handling patient inquiries and providing information about clinic services.
  • Collecting patient information, updating records, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Processing payments and handling financial transactions.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area and clinic.
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude with a focus on patient care.

Essential working hours will be:

  • Tuesday & Thursday 9.30am – 6.30pm.
  • 2 Saturdays per month 8.45am – 4.30pm.
  • Some flexibility to cover additional shifts to help with annual leave, bank holidays, illness cover etc, a strong advantage.
  • If you have the ability to travel there is the scope to work additional hours in our Cardiff clinic as well.
  • Ability to travel to Cardiff for some training will be useful.

Starting salary from £13.50 and increasing to £15 once training is completed.
