What you’ll do

FRONT DESK & PATIENT EXPERIENCE

  • Greet patients warmly and set the tone for a great visit
  • Answer phone/email/messages with professionalism
  • Book, reschedule, and manage appointments (JaneApp experience is an asset)
  • Process payments and direct bill insurance when applicable
  • Keep reception tidy and welcoming
