Down to Earth Labs is looking to fill the position of Receptionist/Administration for a maternity leave contract.
Down to Earth Labs is an agricultural lab that is committed to providing quality results in a timely manner to our customers. We are a hardworking team that performs in a fast-paced and vibrant work environment. Our ideal co-workers are dedicated individuals who enjoy learning on the job and have knowledge or interest in the agriculture sector.
We are looking for an individual to help with our front office in this full-time, temporary position. This task would involve dealing with customers, handling and organizing samples, and general reception duties.

CONTRACT LENGTH: 15 MONTHS

The start time for this position is 9 AM.
8-hour workdays with possible overtime.

Duties included but are not limited to:

  • Customer service
  • Sample handling and organization
  • Sample login and recording
  • Customer invoicing and account management
  • Keeping work area clean and organized

Experience in the following areas will be an asset to this position:

  • Customer Service
  • Accounting with Quickbooks
  • Microsoft Word/Excel/Access
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector
