Job Description

  • Ensuring clients are greeted with a warm welcome and ensuring all appropriate documentation is checked
  • Answering and directing incoming enquiries to relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring all sign in procedures are followed and adhered to
  • Liaising with consulting practitioners of client arrivals and assessments
  • Ensuring all incoming documents and reports are actioned accordingly and following up outstanding documentation
  • Ensuring client information is updated and accurate
  • Ensuring all required documentation is prepared for ASSESS services and actioned in line with processes and procedures
  • Assist in the processes for coordinating and scheduling client appointments
  • Providing Administration support to the Team and Consulting Practitioners where required
  • Allocation and data entry of client services and administration in accordance with Assess.
  • Respond to queries regarding administration matters.
  • Establish and maintain effective and robust relationships with all medical Consultants, external Clients, and internal staff to ensure the delivery of excellence in quality and service.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and foster positive client and consultant practitioner relationships.
  • Ensure kitchen is stocked with required essentials
  • Ensure the Reception area is well maintained and presentable

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Qualifications in Office Administration highly regarded

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated experience working within a Reception capacity
  • Experience working within Medical, Injury Management industry highly regarded
