Description

We are looking for a full-time Receptionist to join our team at Tyee Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and highly organized, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Schedule: * Monday to Friday * 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour break)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Process payments and issue receipts
  • Post internal invoices and support accounts receivable
  • Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, correspondence, etc.)
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented
