We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, professional environment and is eager to take initiative while assisting our administration team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently while supporting the team
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software (experience with Noterro is an asset but not required)
  • Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and social media
  • Reliable, professional, and willing to contribute to all aspects of the college environment

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist students, staff, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and effectively
  • Manage appointment scheduling and administrative tasks through Noterro software
  • Complete laundry duties to support the smooth operation of student clinics
  • Handle general office tasks including scanning, printing, shredding, and filing
  • Order office supplies as needed
  • Process and record payments accurately
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the reception area
  • Assist with communication and coordination across the College
  • Create engaging content for social media (Reels, TikTok, etc.) to showcase the College
  • Provide support to the administration team as needed
