Do you enjoy assisting people and solving problems? We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, while supporting day-to-day office operations to keep everything running smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in reception, administration, or a similar role
  • Proven experience in an office environment; previous administrative or clerical experience is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk with a welcoming attitude.
  • Manage phone systems by directing calls to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide customer support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks, including document creation and scheduling.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative functions within the office.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and support various departments as required.
