POSITION SUMMARY

Bickley Ford fosters long-lasting relationships with our current and all new customers. We establish connections built on trust, transparency, and dedication. The primary objective of the Reception role is to provide friendly, efficient, and reliable service to customers making sure that the customer is put in touch with the proper department and/or employee in a timely manner. Administrative duties are to be performed for individual departments with coordination between departments. The individual will be trained & understand dealership systems and administration processes.

KEY REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCES

  • A valid G Driver’s license in good standing
  • Customer service experience & basic accounting knowledge
  • Essential computer skills (e.g. ability to use and navigate Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel)

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service and assist customer inquiries both in-person, over the phone, and via email using company systems and staff resources.
  • Answer all inbound calls promptly in a professional manner.
  • Vehicle licensing tasks.
  • Administrative tasks, such as filing, mail and courier, and updating customer records as required.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized store
