POSITION SUMMARY

The primary objective of the Reception role is to provide friendly, efficient, and reliable service to customers making sure that the customer is put in touch with the proper department and/or employee in a timely manner. Administrative duties are to be performed for individual departments with coordination between departments. The individual will be trained & understand dealership systems and administration processes.
