Central Island Distributors is looking for a part-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at our busy Nanaimo head office. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, organized, motivated, team player.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent internal/external customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with general office duties such as photocopying, filing, answering phones & emails, etc.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Thrives in a fast pace environment
  • Must be available to start at 8:00am
  • Experience in transportation or similar trades an asset
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Only local Nanaimo area applicants will be considered
