Responsibilities
  • Professionally greet and assist all incoming guests, visitors, and team members
  • Provide accurate directions and information while maintaining confidentiality
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals
  • Handle customer inquiries and assist with scheduling appointments
  • Invoice and process payments for parts and service repairs at customer check-out
  • Coordinate shuttle drivers for customer pick-ups/drop-offs and parts deliveries
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, handling and redirecting mail, and supporting daily office functions
