Constant International Inc. est à la recherche d’un(e) réceptionniste pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Depuis plus de 30 ans, Constant fabrique, vend et distribue des produits chimiques aux industries de l’alimentation et des boissons, des pâtes et papiers, de l’industrie, du traitement de l’eau et du transport.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Grande capacité de communication, maîtrise de l’anglais et du français (à l’oral et à l’écrit).
  • Capacité à établir des priorités et à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience

ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL :

  • Les heures de travail sont du lundi au vendredi de 8h30 à 17h00.

Constant International Inc. is looking for a receptionist to join our dynamic team. For more than 30 years, Constant has been manufacturing, selling and distributing chemicals to the food and beverage, pulp and paper, industrial, water treatment and transportation industries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Great communication skills, fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Minimum 2 years experience
Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, screen and direct accordingly, take and relay messages
  • Answer and transfer emails
  • Deal with queries from the sales representatives and customers
  • Greet people entering organization and direct them accordingly
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support (among others)
  • Prepare correspondences and documents
  • Prepare, receive and sort mail and deliveries (Canada post, Purolator etc.)
  • Perform filing duties
  • Make photocopies
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area
  • Assure kitchen area is tidy (this includes loading and emptying of dishwasher)
  • Assure that the conference room is clean before and after use
  • Assure stationery inventory and supplies
  • Keep inventory up to date of all brochures in the rep room
  • Organize catering for internal meetings
  • Organize corporate events (summer BBQ, Christmas party, monthly birthday cake orders, departures with gifts and cards etc.)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations for sales representatives
