Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • 1-2 years of experience

  • Solid computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities
  • Answering telephone calls, mail & email & redirecting to the appropriate internal team
  • Managing inbound & outbound mail, including priority post, packages, courier services, & other correspondence
  • Greeting visitors, ensuring all visitors sign-in and connect with their internal contact
  • Maintaining break stations ensuring all stations are adequately stocked and supplied
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are kept organized and presentable. Assisting with meeting room set-up as requested
  • Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels; place orders as required; and arrange for servicing of office equipment
  • Providing administrative support to various processes, such as the rebate process, printing and packaging needs
  • Present a positive and professional image of the organization when interacting with employees, clients/customers, visitors, and other external stakeholders
  • Act as a backup to the Senior Administrative Assistant
