​Fresh Physiotherapy is a multidisciplinary clinic, and we are expanding!
We are looking for a dynamic part-time receptionist to join our lively team!
This position has the potential to develop into a full-time Office Manager role
The responsibilities include managing daily administrative operations, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, organizing schedules, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and a welcoming environment
  • ​Scheduling: Manage practitioner schedules, optimize appointment availability, and coordinate client bookings
  • Financial Management: Handle insurance billing, take payments, and track accounts receivable.
  • Inventory Management: Track and order medical and office supplies to ensure adequate stock.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized patient records.
  • Client Relations: Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Marketing: May assist with social media & community engagement.
  • General Office Duties: Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Experience with JaneApp is an advantage.
The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills, along with strong organization and prioritization abilities.​
