What matters most at GardaWorld Winnipeg Branch is creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our employees. We are now looking for our next Full-Time Receptionist and Administrative Support, who will serve as the first point of contact for all employees working with GardaWorld.
Qualified applicants will be eager to bring their customer service skills into a role where they can support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, while providing excellent service to our employees.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IN WINNIPEG

  • Previous experience in a fast paced Receptionist role would be required
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient use of various office-based software including Microsoft Office
  • Must be tech savvy and have the ability to process emails and phone calls
  • Excellent problem resolution, interpersonal and time management skills and be dedicated to consistently producing quality work
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work between 0800 - 1600, Monday - Friday. Occasional weekend work might be required
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs., climb step ladders and be agile around the office when sorting heavy uniforms
