Description
We are looking for a multi-tasker with strong organizational, communication and software skills.  This position maintains a high level of trust and confidentiality with all company communication, sensitive information, financial records, and personnel matters.  Responsibilities: * Greet and sign in all visitors, contractors, and suppliers. * Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer needs. * Schedule appointments, meetings and maintain calendars. * Schedule/prepare for meetings and customer visits.  This includes setting up rooms and arranging lunches. * Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby area.  Includes watering plants and preparing coffee. * Maintains, orders and stocks supplies. * Maintains confidentiality. * Utilizes Microsoft office and other necessary computer applications. * Assists with accounting duties. Requirements * Proven work experience  * PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications * Organizational and time-management skills * Attention to detail and problem solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Phone etiquette and professional demeanor  * Some accounting experience preferred
