Description

Looking for a Receptionist to join our team in our Edinburg, TX office. The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors and clients of the organization.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, updating databases, spreadsheets and processing related information.
  • Assist with new hire process and exit interviewing.
  • Work on job postings, interview scheduling, applicant tracking and interviews.
  • Assist with performance reviews to include preparing, distributing, tracking and processing.
  • Support HR leadership with special projects including but not limited to: salary review, job descriptions, policy development and handbook review.
  • Participate in cross training program with other departments to include but not limited to payroll, accounts payable, benefit enrollment, claim processing.
  • Assist with the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Associates degree is preferred
  • A high school diploma is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable, professional, courteous and patient
  • Excellent communication and writing skill
Responsibilities

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide office orientation for new employees
  • Participate in OnBoarding Orientations
  • Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors

Requirements:

  • Associates degree is preferred
  • A high school diploma is required
