JOB-SHARE POSITION
Martin Property Group has an opportunity for an experienced Receptionist - Administration Assistant to provide the us with accurate, confidential and secure administrative support, managing internal and external queries and resolving any admin concerns as necessary.
We have a part time role available, working afternoons (2-5.30pm) and all day Wednesday.
Salary will be £24,500 (on a pro rata basis)
The ideal candidates will support all internal and external departments of the business by handling a variety of tasks, ensuring that all interactions between the business and others are positive and productive, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately with a high quality and in a timely manner
· Undertake any general receptionist/ administration duties and tasks such as word processing, filing, answering phones, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, dealing with spreadsheets etc. while communicating effectively with general public and other staff members.
