At Mackin, we value having a live person answer the phone to warmly greet customers, understand their needs, and connect them with the appropriate support team. Responsibilities: Serve as first point of contact for all inbound calls, using our digital phone system to answer, screen, forward, and/or park calls, providing general information and taking messages Schedule appointments, reserve conference rooms, and maintain and update calendars Coordinate and distribute incoming emails, faxes, mail, post outgoing mail daily and schedule express mail services Maintain office supplies, recording stock and ordering as needed Perform administrative tasks for Human Resources and a variety of other departments throughout the company using internal software and Microsoft Office programs Print promotional materials as requested, file documents, and handle employee information Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, internet, and email platforms Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Proven ability to successfully perform daily administrative tasks and special projects independently as well as part of a team Education & Experience: Highschool Diploma or GED; post-secondary education helpful Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Previous phone answering experience in an office setting is preferred Previous experience in an office setting is preferred Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday Fulltime, Onsite from our Burnsville, MN office Wages: $20.00 per hour Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Health insurance plan options Tax Advantaged Accounts (HSA & FSA options) Employer Paid Life Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance options Long-Term Disability Insurance (LTD) and Short-Term Disability Insurance (STD) Paid Holidays including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, The Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and one floating holiday.
