We are looking for a skilled Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Manning Elliott LLP in Surrey. This individual will play a key role in providing administrative assistance to our Partners and production team, as well as handling client reception duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, possess strong organizational skills, and exhibit excellent communication abilities. Reports to: Partners/Assistant Manager, Administration

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years Administrative Assistant experience, preferably in a professional services setting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Possess exceptional organizational skills.
  • Able to complete assignments with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Proven ability to successfully manage multiple assignments.
