Responsibilities:
YOUR DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
- Answering phones and greeting clients with a smile
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Arranging meetings and events
- Filing and scanning documents into our filing system
- Managing general office matters including liaising with suppliers
- Social Media tasks
- General administration duties
TO FULFILL THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT, A GREAT COMMUNICATOR AND WELL PRESENTED. ATTENTION TO DETAIL, ACCURACY AND THE ABILITY TO MEET DEADLINES ARE CRITICAL. YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE A GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF MS WORD, EXCEL AND OUTLOOK AND NOT BE AFRAID OF LEARNING OTHER IN HOUSE PACKAGES.
