POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Receptionist/Office Administrator/Admin Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, vendors, and employees, providing administrative support across various departments. The ideal candidate is professional, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
RECEPTION DUTIES:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
- Answer and manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
