Job Title: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Location: Oceanside, CA (In-Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Position Overview: We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our growing insurance agency in Oceanside. This is a front-office role responsible for managing high call volume, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily agency operations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Answer and manage multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and professionally * Greet clients and provide a positive, customer-focused experience * Issue Certificates of Insurance accurately and in a timely manner * Assist with basic policy servicing and administrative support * Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and office communications * Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems * Support agency staff with general administrative tasks Qualifications: * Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred (insurance industry experience is a plus) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively * High level of attention to detail and accuracy * Proficient with basic computer systems and office software * Professional demeanor and reliable attendance * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus What We Offer: * Stable, full-time position * Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends) * Supportive team environment * Opportunity to grow within the insurance industry How to Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience.
