Responsibilities

PART-TIME, PERMANENT ROLE WITH POTENTIAL TO TRANSITION TO FULL-TIME

Pioneer Eye Care is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately. This position is currently part-time (three days per week) with the possibility of becoming full-time in the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome patients with a warm, professional approach and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading, and preparing documents
  • Support the clinic with administrative duties: answering phones and emails, processing payments, managing referrals, sending reports, and handling day-to-day office tasks
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Assist with patient pre-testing (training provided)
