Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting patients with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Answering phone calls and answering any patient inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments for patients in person or on the phone
  • Collecting payments from patients
  • Maintaining clinic standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Submitting payments through third-party providers
  • Communication with ICBC and Worksafe BC regarding patient claims

We are hiring for a Client Care Coordinator position. This role is a combination of reception and administration work that requires exceptional customer service skills.
The perfect candidate would have leadership and supervisory experience in a customer service position. Janeapp experience is a valuable asset. Training will be provided.
