Source Office Furniture is seeking a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant at our Calgary, AB location. This is a full-time, permanent position.
This position is the primary contact for all walk-in customers as well as incoming phone calls. The role includes administrative support in the form of assisting the sales team and managing the cash-out process. Other administrative duties include but are not limited to data entry, filing, and sorting mail, and ensuring that the showroom appearance is up to the high standards we need to create a positive experience for customers.
