OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
  • Strong typing skills and experience with computerized systems
  • Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
  • Knowledge of phone systems and dental receptionist duties is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Proven administrative or clerical experience is advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
  • Utilize computerized systems for office operations
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to clients or customers
