We are a busy St Andrews-based holiday let management business serving 180+ properties across St Andrews and the East Neuk. The Receptionist/ Administrator Assistant role has several important elements to ensure the smooth running of the business as we grow and develop. A can-do attitude and bubbly personality are essential to handle the demands of the business both in terms of guest and client satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Professional phone manner
  • Computer-literacy is essential.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills required.
  • Keen can-do attitude required – must be enthusiastic, hard-working and flexible.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to evolving and pressured situations a must.
  • Driving license preferred due to the nature of the business.
  • Any property-related/estate agency experience would be preferred, however full training will be given.
  • Familiarity with various software packages - Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail which are transferable to the several software packages we use to run the business.
